Regional Manager. Operator shall provide the services of one of its experienced management employees to oversee and manage the operations of the Hotels (the “Regional Manager”). Lessee shall have the right to approve the Regional Manager and any successor provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Regional Manager shall meet telephonically with the designated representatives of Lessee at least monthly to discuss operations at the Hotels and consult with Lessee to answer any questions Lessee may have, and to address any concerns of Lessee. Lessee’s representatives shall have the right to meet with the COO of Operator or his/her mutually acceptable alternative on a semi-annual basis to review hotel performance.

Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be the Grantee’s point of contact for the technical aspects of Project delivery. The Regional Manager coordinates Project deliverable review, evaluates Grantee technical assistance needs, and generally assesses Project progress and performance. The Regional Manager is not authorized to unilaterally change the Statement of Work, make any changes which affect this Agreement’s monetary amount, Project Performance Period, or other terms and conditions.

The Regional Manager shall visit the Hotel at least once every three (3) months to insure the Hotel is being operated in accordance with this Agreement. The Regional Manager shall meet telephonically with the designated representatives of Lessee at least monthly to discuss operations at the Hotel and consult with Lessee to answer any questions Lessee may have, and to address any concerns of Lessee. Lessee’s representatives shall have the right to meet with an appropriate senior level corporate officer of Operator or his/her mutually acceptable alternative on a semi-annual basis to review hotel performance. The travel costs of such Regional Manager as provided in this Section shall be an Operating Expense.

Regional Manager. The Manager of the Right of Way Section for one of the three (3) right of way regions: Northeast; Southeast; or Western. Has day-to-day responsibility for all acquisition functions within their region. REIMBURSEMENT SECTION – The Section in the Central Office Right of Way and Utilities Division that is responsible for processing select vouchers and check requests in support of the Regional Offices and the activities of the Central Office. This Section reports to the Program Manager for Administration and Consultant Coordination. They do not process invoices from Fee Counsel. That function is performed by the Eminent Domain Section. REMNANT - A remainder so small or irregular that it usually has little or no economic value to the owner.

Regional Manager. If the matter is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction at Step 1, the employee shall present the grievance to the Regional Manager (and/or designee) within seven (7) calendar days of the supervisor’s decision. A meeting between the employee (and a Union Delegate/Representative, if requested by the employee) and the Regional Manager (and/or designee) shall be held within ten (10) days for the purpose of resolving the grievance. If a Union Delegate/Representative participates in the grievance meeting, representative of the Human Resources Department, or designee, may also be present at this Step 2 meeting. The Regional Manager or designee shall issue a written reply within seven (7) calendar days following the grievance meeting.

  • General Management In the discharge of its general duty to manage the successful performance of the Services, Vendor shall: 3.2.1.1. within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, identify to Citizens the primary and secondary management contacts responsible for the oversight and management of Services for Citizens; 3.2.1.2. ensure Vendor Staff tasked with management and oversight of the Services are available promptly to perform Services during Business Hours; 3.2.1.3. ensure each assigned Adjuster submits a time record directly to Vendor’s manager or point of contact. At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities.
