Reserved Access Easement for Repairs. Seller, for itself and its successors, assigns, agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors and other authorized personnel, reserves a nonexclusive easement and right of access in, over and through the Residences Project and all Common Elements and Units therein to perform such inspections, maintenance and repair work thereon as may be reasonably required, in Seller’s discretion, under Seller’s Limited Warranty set forth in Paragraph 5 above or otherwise in connection with any construction defect claims that may be brought under this Paragraph 6.
