Common use of Reserved Right Clause in Contracts

Reserved Right. If during the term of the Agreement, the Customer introduces any Vessel not fully cellular and / or outfitted with semi-automatic twist locks, the Operator reserves the right to: (a) review the applicable tariff rates if the Operator cannot work that Vessel as efficiently as previous Customer Vessels; and (b) review the Performance Standards in relation to that Vessel.
