RESERVED SUBMERCHANTABLE TREE PROTECTION. Care shall be exercised in felling and skidding operations to minimize damage to sub-merchantable trees. If damage is excessive as determined by the Forest Officer, operations may be suspended until suitable arrangements are made to reduce damage.
