Xxxxxx agrees to promptly notify Xxxxxx and Buyer, if any, in writing of any rescission of their current Principal Residence Exemption and/or any other change/s that may directly affect the exempt status of The Property prior to closing. Xxxxxx further agrees to promptly notify Broker of any changes resulting from any reassessment notices.
