Common use of RESIDENT GUIDE Clause in Contracts

RESIDENT GUIDE. The Resident acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Resident Guide and agrees to abide by its terms. Any changes to the Resident Guide shall be effective only after 30 days written notice is given of such changes. The Resident Guide, together with any Addenda, attached hereto as Exhibits “A” - “F” are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. In the event of any inconsistency between this Lease and any of the terms and conditions of the Resident Guide or any of the attached addenda, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall control.
