Resident Policies and Procedures. The Facility reserves the right to establish Resident Policies and Procedures to carry out the purposes of this Agreement and to promote the convenience, comfort, safety and security of all residents of The Facility. The Facility also reserves the right to make all necessary arrangements and adjustments regarding residency not otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement.
