Common use of Resident Project Representative (RPR) Clause in Contracts

Resident Project Representative (RPR). Provide the services of an RPR at the Site to assist the Engineer and to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth in Exhibit D. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D.

Resident Project Representative (RPR). Provide the services of an RPR at the Site to assist the Engineer and to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth in Exhibit D. below. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, extend or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D.below.

Resident Project Representative (RPR). Provide the services of an RPR RPR, on an as-needed basis to supplement District inspections, at the Site to assist the Engineer and North Component construction sites to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s the Contractor(s)'s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth outlined in Exhibit D. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D.B.

The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D.Attachment No. 1.

Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth in Exhibit D. Attachment G of this Agreement. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth in Exhibit D.Attachment G.

Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth in the Task Order. Exhibit D. D, "Duties, Responsibilities and Limitations of Authority of Resident Project Representative," shall be modified for the Task Order. The furnishing of such RPR’s 's services will not limit, extend, or modify extend Engineer’s 's responsibilities or authority except as expressly beyond the specific limits set forth elsewhere in Exhibit D.this Agreement.
