Common use of Resident Project Representative (RPR) Clause in Contracts

Resident Project Representative (RPR). Provide the services of an RPR at the Site to assist the Engineer and to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth below. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth below.

Resident Project Representative (RPR). Provide the services of an RPR RPR, on an as-needed basis to supplement District inspections, at the Site to assist the Engineer and North Component construction sites to provide more extensive observation of Contractor’s the Contractor(s)'s work. Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth below. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth below.outlined in Exhibit B.

Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth belowin Attachment G of this Agreement. The furnishing of such RPR’s services will not limit, extend extend, or modify Engineer’s responsibilities or authority except as expressly set forth below.in Attachment G.

Duties, responsibilities, and authority of the RPR are as set forth belowin the Task Order. Exhibit D, "Duties, Responsibilities and Limitations of Authority of Resident Project Representative," shall be modified for the Task Order. The furnishing of such RPR’s 's services will not limit, extend or modify Engineer’s 's responsibilities or authority except as expressly beyond the specific limits set forth belowelsewhere in this Agreement.
