Common use of Resident Project Representative Clause in Contracts

Resident Project Representative. The authorized representative of ENGINEER who will be assigned to assist ENGINEER at the site during the Construction Phase. The Resident Project Representative will be ENGINEER's agent or employee and under ENGINEER's supervision. As used herein, the term Resident Project Representative includes any assistants of Resident Project Representative agreed to by OWNER.
