Common use of Resident Rights Clause in Contracts

Resident Rights. a. In support of the mission of HRL, the intended use of Housing is for the Students to sleep, study, and xxxxxx their academic success. Students may not cause interference or supersede another Student's rights, comfort, and safety while they are in their assigned space. b. Disregard for the rights, responsibility, and duties of others, as well as the creation of circumstances which could jeopardize life, limb, or property, are conditions that are not acceptable in Housing and may be cause for administrative termination of this Contract.
