Rights & Responsibilities. The foregoing powers, rights, authority, and responsibilities, and the adoption of policies, rules, regulations and practices in furtherance thereof shall be exercised in good faith and in conformity with this Agreement by the City’s selected management personnel. Failure of the City and/or Department to exercise any of the Management Rights enumerated above does not diminish the future ability to exercise such Management Rights.
Rights & Responsibilities. (i) In connection with RX's operation and management of the Ride Photo Shop, Six Flags agrees that RX shall be entitled use of and/or access to: (a) the facility to be constructed by RX, subject to the terms of this Agreement, at which the Ride Photo Shop is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Ride Photo Shop, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Ride Photo Shop. Nothwithstanding the foregoing, that RX shall not have access to or be permitted to use that portion of the facility designed for retail space to be operated by Six Flags ("Adjacent Six Flags Retail Space").

Rights & Responsibilities. Except as provided by this Agreement, the Parent and Student possess all rights and are held to all responsibilities and duties provided by law and policy for resident students and parents.
Rights & Responsibilities. Students participating under the terms of this agreement shall be subject to the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct of the host institution. The host institution shall have the right to terminate the exchange program with respect to any student who violates the host university’s policies or rules. Exchange students will have the rights and privileges enjoyed by other students on the host campus. In addition, neither institution may discriminate against a student on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, age, or veteran’s status.
Rights & Responsibilities. 7.1. Upon the execution of this agreement, whereas tenant has made all the deposit, first time rent and all related expenses, landlord is deemed breaching this agreement if landlord cannot provide the leased office in accordance with the commencement date of the lease. Tenant reserves the right to ask the landlord to return the rent paid for the days delay until the termination of this agreement.

I agree to commit to those plans for my health care, which have been agreed upon by me and my provider. I understand that I am an active member of my own health care and results are variable dependent upon my active participation in my health. • I understand that I will be forthright with regard to my prescription medication and my use of them. • I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that Curadirect Healthcare has my correct and updated contact information (e.g. mailing address, email, phone, etc.) for my account. • I understand that it is my responsibility to inform CuraDirect Healthcare of any changes to my credit/debit card or bank account information to allow timely processing of payment. • I understand that the monthly direct fee is due monthly under the Direct Patient Agreement and is intended to cover the provider for their availability and the services rendered, regardless of whether I receive DPC services or I interact, communicate, or see the provider in a given month under the Direct Patient Agreement. • I understand that I am responsible for all expenses and bills associated with services provided outside the direct patient agreement, whether provided by CuraDirect Healthcare or another entity, organization or individual. • I agree to arrive on time for my appointments. If I do not arrive on time, my provider may not be able to spend as much time with me as I may need. • I understand that I have the right to receive accurate and easily understood information about CuraDirect Healthcare services, professionals and facilities. • I understand that I have the right to speak in confidence with my CuraDirect Healthcare provider and to have my health information protected. I understand that CuraDirect Healthcare will not disclose my information without my authorization or without a legal obligation to do so. I also understand that I have the right to review and receive a copy of my personal medical record and may request that my healthcare provider amend my record if I feel it is inaccurate or incomplete by contacting my provider. • In the event I wish to cancel my membership, I understand that I must notify CuraDirect Healthcare...
Rights & Responsibilities. A. I should expect only limited privacy in the contents of my personal files on my school’s file server. The situation is similar to the rights I have in the privacy of my locker.
Rights & Responsibilities. It is expressly agreed that in the performance of the services necessary to carry out this Agreement, Counsel shall be, and is, an independent Counsel, not an employee of the City. Counsel has and shall retain the right to exercise full control and supervision of the services, and full control over the employment, direction, compensation and discharge of all persons assisting Counsel in the performance of the services. Counsel shall be solely responsible for all matters relating to the payment of Counsel’s employees, including compliance with social security, withholding and all other regulations governing such matters, and shall be solely responsible for Counsel's own acts and those of Counsel's subordinates and employees.
Rights & Responsibilities. All rights and responsibilities of the Authority not specifically modified by this Agreement will remain the functions of the Authority. The enumerated management rights will not contravene the expressed terms of this Agreement or law and will be subject thereto.
