Rights & Responsibilities. 7.1. Upon the execution of this agreement, whereas tenant has made all the deposit, first time rent and all related expenses, landlord is deemed breaching this agreement if landlord cannot provide the leased office in accordance with the commencement date of the lease. Tenant reserves the right to ask the landlord to return the rent paid for the days delay until the termination of this agreement.
7.2. During the lease term of this agreement, landlord should provide an one month notice to the tenant if landlord wishes to early terminate this agreement as a result of landlord’s business plan change. Landlord should bear the cost of removal delivery to the tenant’s new office in Beijing. Other than the removal delivery cost, landlord is not responsible for anything else.
7.3. During the lease term of this agreement, unless agreed by tenant, landlord is deemed breaching this agreement if landlord increases the rent. Tenant reserves the right not to pay the exceeded portion.
7.4. Landlord is deemed breaching this agreement if landlord fails to provide air-conditioning, heat and lightning during regular office hours in accordance with the clauses in this agreement. Tenant reserves to right to request landlord to rectify such failure within 5 days after the request is made.
7.5. Tenant should obliged to all the current rules and regulations and rules to be implemented in the future of both landlord and corresponding government authorities in relation to the office building, including but not limited to the use of electric appliances, fire safety, safety regulations, keys management, visitors’ registration, renovation, repair and maintenance.
7.6. Tenant should not assign, sub-lease or share part or the entire leased office and should not change the purpose of usage, otherwise landlord reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement.
7.7. Tenant should not conduct any renovation or modification unless tenant obtains written consent from landlord. Tenant should not mark, paint or drill hole in the leased office or the building, and should not exhibit any words, logo, advertisement, install any shelter or objects or drill holes inside and outside the leased office and the building. Tenant should not connect nor cut the electric circuit and should not place any canvas directly on the floor of the leased office. Except any movable equipment or facilities owned by tenant, the title of all other renovation and modification in the leased office belong to land...
Rights & Responsibilities. (i) In connection with RX's operation and management of the Ride Photo Shop, Six Flags agrees that RX shall be entitled use of and/or access to:
(a) the facility to be constructed by RX, subject to the terms of this Agreement, at which the Ride Photo Shop is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Ride Photo Shop, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Ride Photo Shop. Nothwithstanding the foregoing, that RX shall not have access to or be permitted to use that portion of the facility designed for retail space to be operated by Six Flags ("Adjacent Six Flags Retail Space").
(ii) Six Flags will be responsible for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, in-park telephone expenses related to the operation of the Ride Photo Shop in the Facility. Six Flags also agrees to provide the following: (i) identification cards to enter the Park for RX's Employees in the performance of their duties, (ii) RX's Employee access to the Park employee parking areas on a first-come, first-serve basis to be used in the performance of their duties, and (iii) Six Flags agrees to allow RX to have supplies shipped to the Park's warehouse facility provided such supplies are picked up within a 24 hour period of being received.
(iii) RX will be responsible for depositing all trash in Six Flags' designated trash dumpsters and cleaning the facility.
Rights & Responsibilities. The foregoing powers, rights, authority, and responsibilities, and the adoption of policies, rules, regulations and practices in furtherance thereof shall be exercised in conformity with this Agreement by the City's selected management personnel. Failure of the City and/or Department to exercise any of the Management Rights enumerated above does not diminish the future ability to exercise such Management Rights.

(i) In connection with RX Technology operation and management of the Concession, Six Flags agrees that RX Technology shall be entitled use of and/or access to: (a) the facility at which the Concession is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Concession, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Concession.
(ii) Six Flags will be responsible for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, expenses related to the operation of the Concession in the Facility. Six Flags also agrees to provide the following: (i) passes to enter the Park for RX Technology Employees in the performance of their duties, and (ii) Lessees's Employee access to the Park employee parking areas on a first-come, first-serve basis to be used in the performance of their duties.
(iii) RX Technology will be responsible for cleaning the Facility and area and removing trash from said areas, the regular maintenance of the Facility related to the operation of the Concession in the Facility.
Rights & Responsibilities. Except as provided by this Agreement, the Parent and Student possess all rights and are held to all responsibilities and duties provided by law and policy for resident students and parents.
Rights & Responsibilities. Students participating under the terms of this agreement shall be subject to the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct of the host institution. The host institution shall have the right to terminate the exchange program with respect to any student who violates the host university’s policies or rules. Exchange students will have the rights and privileges enjoyed by other students on the host campus. In addition, neither institution may discriminate against a student on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, age, or veteran’s status.
Rights & Responsibilities. The Internet and devices used to access the Internet provide students and educators the opportunity to actively take part in distance learning activities, consult with experts, mentors, other classes and individuals. It is important to help users develop intellectual skills needed to discriminate among informational sources, identify information appropriate for age and development levels, and evaluate and use information to meet educational goals. Because the Internet is "fluid," a constantly changing informational environment with information disappearing, appearing, and changing, it is impossible to create what some would call a completely "safe environment" no matter what restraints are put in place. Therefore, it is impossible to promise to control the electronic environment for students, just as it is impossible to control their environment outside the educational setting. Instead, the focus of control shifts from controlling the environment to providing the users with the understanding and skills needed to use the Internet in acceptable ways in order to meet their individual educational needs while providing as safe and positive a learning environment as possible.
Rights & Responsibilities. Exchange students will enjoy the same rights and privileges and will be subject to the same rules and regulations as the students of the host university. The host university shall have the right to terminate the Student Exchange Program with respect to any student who violates the host university's policies or rules.
Rights & Responsibilities.
2.01 The Board retains and reserves unto itself the rights as expressly stipulated in O.R.C. 4117.08(C)(l)-(9). Additionally, the Board may adjust starting and ending times of any schools, provided that the length of the teachers’ work day is not increased and the parties agree that this adjustment supersedes any contrary language elsewhere in the Agreement, including but not limited to Sections 7.01, 7.02, 7.03, 7.04, 7.09, and 33.
Rights & Responsibilities. (i) In connection with RX Technology Inc.' operation and management of the Concession, Frontier City agrees that RX Technology Inc. shall be entitled use of and/or access to: (a) the facility at which the Concession is operated (the "Facility"), (b) adjacent portions of the Facility, as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Concession, and (c) common ways and areas within the Park for incinerator or trash purposes, loading and unloading supplies and installation, repair and maintenance of Equipment and/or other elements related to the Concession.
(ii) Frontier City will be responsible for plumbing, and electrical expenses related to the operation of the Concession in the Facility. RX Technology Inc. will be responsible for all telephone call charges and photo copy charges. Frontier City also agrees to provide the following: entry to the Park for RX Technology Inc.' Employees in the performance of their duties, and access to the Park employee parking areas on a first-come, first-serve basis to be used in the performance of their duties.
(iii) RX Technology Inc. will be responsible for cleaning the Facility and surrounding area and removing trash from said areas, the regular maintenance of the Facility, including the replacement of light bulbs, tubes and ballasts related to the operation of the Concession in the Facility.
