Residential Billing. Each new residential collection account shall be charged an $8.24 start-up fee to cover the administrative costs of arranging for new and/or seasonal service in addition to container start-up fees/container deposit(s) per the following schedule:

Residential Billing. Each new residential Collection account shall be charged an $8.00 start-up fee to cover the administrative costs of arranging for new and/or seasonal service in addition to Container start-up fees/Container deposit(s) per the following schedule: a. One (1) can service start-up fees shall be $70.00 b. Two (2) can service start-up fees shall be $90.00 c. Three (3) can service start-up fees shall be $106.00 d. Four (4) can service start-up fees shall be $123.00 e. Thirty-two (32) gallon waste-xxxxxxx start-up fees shall be $92.00 f. Sixty-four (64) gallon waste-xxxxxxx start-up fees shall be $112.00 g. Ninety-six (96) gallon waste-xxxxxxx start-up fees shall be $128.00 h. Additional residential fees include: i. There shall be a one-time waste-xxxxxxx delivery charge of $12.00 for each waste-xxxxxxx delivered, regardless of size.
Residential Billing. Each new residential collection account shall be charged a $7.54 start-up fee to cover the administrative costs of arranging for new and/or seasonal service and a $10.54 fee for delivery of a container, if customer chooses to use a rented waste-xxxxxxx. The residential base rate may be billed to the customer three (3) months in advance of the service to be performed. No account shall be considered delinquent by the franchisee if customer’s payment for service is received by the fifteenth day of the month that payment is due. A fee of $25.00 plus bank charges shall be charged for returned (NSF) checks.

There shall be a one-time waste-xxxxxxx delivery charge of $11.85 for each waste-xxxxxxx delivered, regardless of size. ii. There shall be a fee for the replacement of a lost or damaged waste- xxxxxxx that is due to customer negligence. This fee shall be the actual cost of the container, including tax and shipping, delivered to Contractor’s offices, plus 15%, plus a $11.85 delivery charge to customer’s premises. iii. Back yard (or non-curbside) collection surcharge shall be $10.88 per month. iv. A fee of $28.75 shall be charged for one-time collection of residential cans (from one (1) to four (4) cans. v. An off-day return service surcharge of $25.59 shall be charged for return collection services provided on days other than regular collection days. vi. A same-day return service surcharge of $10.88 shall be charged for return collection services provided on regular collection days. vii. A fee of $50.00 shall be charged for returned (NSF) checks. The residential base rate shall be billed to the customer one (1) month in advance of the service performed, provided that no account shall be considered delinquent by the franchisee if payment for a month's service is received by the fifteenth day of the following month.
Residential Billing. Except for xxxxxxxx to Multi-Family Dwelling Unit customers, bills for residential service shall be mailed to customers quarterly. Company may mail bills at the beginning of the quarter, and they are due and payable upon mailing, and if not paid, become delinquent thirty (30) days after the end of the billing period. Company shall add an administrative late charge of 10% per month for amounts due and remaining unpaid for a period sixty (60) days after the end of the billing period. In addition, Company shall be allowed to discontinue collection service to any customer whose billing remains unpaid for a period of sixty (60) days after the end of the billing period, provided Company complies with Section 5.3.1.
Residential Billing the term “residential billing” shall mean Contractor will bill the Resident for extra services.
