Residential Work. (a) Residential Rates shall apply to residential wood frame structures, defined as single family residences in residential tracts, condominiums, town houses, cluster homes and apartments which have a maximum of four stories or three stories over parking, that are designed for owner or tenant occupancy. Residential rates shall not apply to custom homes.
