Common use of Residual Receipts Report Clause in Contracts

Residual Receipts Report. Developer shall annually, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of Developer’s fiscal year, commencing in the first year after the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for Phase I issued by City’s building official, submit to Authority a Residual Receipts Report for Phase I, which shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.

Residual Receipts Report. For each Project, Developer shall annually, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of Developer’s fiscal year, commencing in the first year after the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for Phase I the applicable Project issued by City’s building official, submit to Authority a Residual Receipts Report for Phase IReport, which for each Project shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.

Developer shall annually, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of Developer’s fiscal year, commencing in the first year after the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for Phase I II issued by City’s building official, submit to Authority a Residual Receipts Report for Phase III, which shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.

Developer shall annually, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of Developer’s fiscal year, commencing in the first year after the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for Phase I the Apartment Complex issued by the City’s building official, submit to Authority a Residual Receipts Report for Phase IReport, in the form of Attachment No. 5 to the Agreement, which shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.

Developer shall annually, on or before one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of Developer’s fiscal year, commencing in the first year after the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for Phase I the Apartment Complex issued by the City’s building official, submit to Authority a Residual Receipts Report for Phase IReport, in the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 5 and incorporated herein, which shall provide the basis for Developer’s payment of Residual Receipts to Authority.
