Common use of Resignation from All Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from All Positions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, unless otherwise requested by the Board of Directors, the Executive shall immediately resign as of the Date of Termination from all positions that he holds or has ever held with the Affiliated Group (and with any other entities with respect to which the Affiliated Group has requested the Executive to perform services).
