Common use of Resignation from Office Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Office. Employee agree to resign from any positions held as officer or Director of Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Resignation from Office. In the event the Employee’s employment terminates for any reason, then Employee agree to shall forthwith resign in writing from any positions office or directorship held as officer or Director of with the Company or with any of its subsidiaries or affiliatessubsidiaries.
