Resignation Notices. Any covered employee planning not to return to the Rochester School System shall notify the Superintendent's Office at once. Anyone terminating his/her teaching contract shall give a minimum of 30 days notice. No covered employee, if under contract, shall resign or leave between August 1 and September 30 or until a replacement is found.
