Resignation of all Company Positions on Termination Date. No later than the Termination Date, and prior to the provision or payment of any benefits under this Agreement on account of such Covered Termination or Change in Control Termination, as applicable, Executive must resign from all positions that Executive holds with the Company unless otherwise requested by the Company.
