Resignation of Superintendent without Notice or Agreement. If the Superintendent fails to provide due notice of resignation on or before January 1 prior to separation of employment as of the following June 30 as provided in this Contract, any accrued benefits (including, but not limited to, vacation pay) will be forfeited.
