Resolution Content. The resolution must contain a commitment from the governing body to provide the local funds as indicated in this contract. Additionally, the resolution is required even if the funding is one hundred percent from federal sources, as it serves as recognition by the governing body of federal funding for purposes of Section A-6 above.
