Resolution of Classification Disputes. 12 Resolution of disputes regarding the appropriate classification and level of a position shall 13 be subject exclusively to the applicable Civil Service Procedure. 14 In any dispute between the Employer and an employee regarding the employee's 15 appropriate classification, and upon individual employee request, the Employer will 16 provide an employee with a copy of the Civil Service Class Specification for the 17 classification and the employee’s Position Description, which will include sub class codes 18 and/or selective position requirements, if applicable and the level to which the employee's 19 position is allocated at the time of such individual request.
