Resolution of Classification Disputes. of disputes regarding the appropriate classification and level of a position 34 shall be subject exclusively to the applicable Civil Service Procedure. 35 In any dispute between the Employer and an employee regarding the employee's 36 appropriate classification, and upon individual employee request, the Employer will 37 provide an employee with a copy of the Civil Service Class Specification for the 38 classification and the employee’s Position Description, which will include sub class 39 codes and/or selective position requirements, if applicable and the level to which the 40 employee's position is allocated at the time of such individual request.
