Resolution of Corrective Action Status. If the employee’s performance has sufficiently improved at any step during the corrective action period, the supervisor will write a memo to the employee citing the specific performance improvements and stating that the employee is no longer in the corrective action process. The employee will then be expected to continue to maintain performance standards.
