The Association in consideration of the value of this agreement and its terms and conditions will not engage in, instigate or condone any strike, work stoppage or any concerted refusal to perform designated administrative or supervisory duties, as well as related functions on the part of any employee covered by this agreement, or otherwise engage in any activity/activities that constitutes an unfair labor practice pursuant to RSA 273-A:5.
