RESOLUTION OF DIFFERENCES BY PEACEFUL MEANS. The Federation and the Board agree that differences between the parties shall be settled by peaceful means as provided within this Agreement. The Federation, its officers, representatives and members shall, for the term of this Agreement not engage in, instigate, or condone any strike, slowdown, work stoppage or any concerted refusal to perform normal work duties, nor shall the Federation or its members take part in or condone "sanctions" against the School Board or the School District.
