RESOLUTION OF DIFFERENCES BY PEACEFUL MEANS. Section 1: The Association recognizes that the membership is prohibited by law from engaging in strikes and the Association agrees that it does not assert the right to strike against the City of Xxxxxx or its School Committee. The Association shall not cause or sponsor, and no professional employee represented by it in the City of Xxxxxx shall cause or participate in, any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, sanctions, or any other interferences with work.
