Resolution of Language Conflicts. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable program memos and other guidance issued by the CDA. In the event of conflict between the program memos and/or other CDA guidance and the provisions in this Agreement, the provisions in this Agreement shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between the articles, attachments, or provisions which constitute this contract, the following order of precedence shall apply: 1. Standard K/T AAA Agreement and any amendments thereto; 2. General Scope of Work, Exhibit A; 3. Special terms and Conditions, Exhibit C; 4. Budget Detail, Payment Provisions and Closeout, Exhibit B, and Additional Provisions, Exhibit D, and 5. Program Scope of Work, Exhibit G 6. Any other documents incorporated herein by reference.
