Resolutions of Bondholders. The Trustee will not be responsible for having acted in good faith upon a resolution purporting to have been passed at a meeting of Bondholders (in respect of which minutes have been made and signed) even though it may later be found that there was a defect in the constitution of such meeting or in the procedures thereat or in the signing of such resolution or that such resolution was not valid or binding upon the Bondholders or Couponholders for any reason whatsoever.
