Common use of RESOLVING PROBLEMS Clause in Contracts

RESOLVING PROBLEMS. 12.1 Where there is a difference or dispute within the Alliance, in the first place we will try to resolve the matter through dialogue, which may include inviting a more senior Executive or Board member (or equivalent) from the member organisation concerned, to take part. 12.2 If there is still no resolution then we may, by mutual agreement, seek to involve an agreed independent third party. 12.3 Such dispute and resolution will not prevent the enacting of clause 13 in the case of a breach of agreement or clause 14 in the case of confirmed misconduct.
