RESPA Notice and Helping Families Notice. (a) Prior to each Servicing Transfer Date, the Seller shall furnish to the applicable Mortgagors notices required under the Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act (“RESPA”) within the time frames required by RESPA. (b) Within thirty (30) days following the Closing Date in respect of a Mortgage Loan, the Seller shall furnish to the Mortgagor of such Mortgage Loan the notice required by Section 404 of the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009 (the “Helping Families Act”) in accordance with the provisions of the Helping Families Act.
