Respect Gift Limits. Contractors and their Representatives shall abide by LAUSD’s gift limits and use good judgment, discretion and moderation when offering gifts, meals or entertainment or other business courtesies to LAUSD officials, so that they do not place LAUSD officials in conflict with any specific gift restrictions: (1) No Contractor or their Representative shall offer, give, or promise to offer or give, directly or indirectly, any money, gift or gratuity to any LAUSD procurement official at any time. (2) No Contractor or their Representative shall offer or give, directly or indirectly, any gifts in a calendar year to an LAUSD Official which exceed LAUSD’s allowable gift limit.
