You may be asked to provide proof of delivery receipts, third party evaluations, police reports, or anything else that PayPal specifies, even where the purchase is not eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection under section 13.3. If the seller does not present such evidence in a timely manner, PayPal may find in favor of the buyer.
