Respondent’s Position Statement. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Grievant’s position statement, the Respondent(s) must submit a position statement to the Grievant, to all other parties listed on the Grievance Panel hearing request form, and to the Grievance Committee Co- Coordinators. The statement should include relevant documents and other supporting materials. It should also include a list of individuals who have knowledge of the grievance and identify with specificity the facts and/or incidents about which they could testify if called to do so.
