Common use of Respondent’s Position Statement Clause in Contracts

Respondent’s Position Statement. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Grievant’s position statement, the Respondent(s) must submit a position statement to the Grievant, to all other parties listed on the Grievance Panel hearing request form, and to the Grievance Committee Co- Coordinators. If the statement is submitted in paper form, the Respondent must submit seven (7) copies of the Co- Coordinators. The statement should include relevant documents and other supporting materials. It should also include a list of individuals who have knowledge of the grievance and the possible relevance of their declarations.
