Responding on Call Prior to or Following a Shift. An employee on the premises of a duty station prior to or following the scheduled shift, who is required to respond on a call within one hour of the beginning or end of their shift shall receive a minimum of one hour pay at their overtime compensation rate. In the event the time spent in response to the call at the end of the shift exceeds one hour they shall be entitled to overtime compensation consistent with procedures established in Article 14.
