Response to Final Report. The evaluatee may submit a written response to the Final Report to the appropriate administrator within ten (10) business days after receipt. A business day is any day during which the central administration office of the District is open for business. The response time of ten (10) business days after receipt can be extended by mutual agreement by the District and the evaluatee.
