Common use of Response to Notice of Breach Clause in Contracts

Response to Notice of Breach. Within the Cure Period, the Alleged Breaching Party shall either cure the Breach or provide a written response to the Complaining Parties explaining why the Alleged Breaching Party believes that no such Breach has occurred. If, by the nature of the Breach, such cure cannot reasonably be completed within the Cure Period, the Breaching Party must commence such cure within the Cure Period and, having so commenced, thereafter prosecute with diligence and dispatch until such Breach is cured or such dispute is resolved.
