Response to offered position. If an employee declines or fails to respond within seven (7) days to the Employer’s offer of a comparable position as defined above, then the employee’s name will be removed from the reinstatement roster and the employee’s recall rights will terminate. An employee may decline recall to a position that is not comparable without loss of recall rights or position on the reinstatement roster.
