Common use of Response to Queries Clause in Contracts

Response to Queries. 7.1 The Consultants shall respond to queries under Clause 20 of the General Conditions of Employment raised prior to a date three months after the final submission of the Deliverables required under the Agreement. Such date shall be confirmed in writing to the Consultants by the Director's Representative. 7.2 The Consultants shall liaise with and provide assistance to other Government consultants, in particular those engaged in other related studies, as directed by the Director’s Representative during the course of the Assignment.
