Response to service request by access provider. B.3.1. On receipt of a Service Request for an Interconnection Service the Access Provider shall confirm receipt of the Service Request within one (1) Working Day and shall examine the request and provide both a Preliminary Response and a Considered Response to the Access Seeker.
