Responses to Comments. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will respond to written comments received during the public review period and additional comments raised during public hearings concerning significant environmental issues. Public reaction to the Draft EIR cannot be predicted with accuracy and could range from few non-technical comments to numerous technically sophisticated comments. For purposes of this Scope, it is assumed: comments on the Draft EIR will not raise substantive issues or require additional technical analysis; and that no attorney comment letters will be received. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ has budgeted conservatively, assuming up to 60 hours for completion of Administrative Responses to Comments No.
1. Should the level of comments and responses exceed the assumed effort, additional services will be provided on a time and materials basis.
Responses to Comments. If requested by the City, draft responses to comments shall be delivered by the Consultant to the City within ten (10) business days of receipt of all comments from the City. The Consultant shall allow the City at least five (5) business days for review of the Consultant’s responses. The Consultant shall respond to any follow-up comments from the City, after the City receives the Consultant’s responses. Final responses to the City’s comments shall be delivered to the City within five (5) business days after receipt of the City’s comments on the Consultant’s responses.
