(a) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Executive is employed in the position of Senior Vice President – Exploration, and shall perform the functions and responsibilities of that position. Additional or different duties may be assigned by the Company from time to time. Executive’s position, job descriptions, duties and responsibilities may be modified from time to time in the sole discretion of the Company.
