Common use of RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, Xxxxx as the City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 2.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing is reasonably pertinent to the performance of Consultant’s Services. 3.2 2.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorAdministrative Analyst, to act as City’s its representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx XxxxxXxxx Xxxxxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorDirector of City’s Quality of Life Department, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx XxxxxXxxx Xxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorChief Building Official, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, Xxxxx as the City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx XxxxxXxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorSenior Administrative Analyst, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Deputy City’s Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, Xxxx Xxxxxx as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services.Services and as further described in Exhibits A and B. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City will make reasonable provision for Consultant to enter upon City-owned property, as required by Consultant, to perform the Services. 3.3 City designates Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, as City’s representative with respect to the performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant Contractor information in its possession that may assist Consultant Contractor in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorCity’s Public Information Officer, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx as the City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorHuman Resources/Risk Manager, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

Xxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering Director, PE as the City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY. 3.1 City shall make available to Consultant information in its possession that may assist Consultant in performing the Services. 3.2 City designates Xxxxx Xxxxx, Deputy Municipal Utilities and Engineering DirectorXxx Xxxxxxxx, as City’s representative with respect to performance of the Services, and such person shall have the authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City’s policies and decisions with respect to performance of the Services.
