FINES AND FORFEITURES. In the case of TOWN, to:
FINES AND FORFEITURES a. Law Enforcement education funds, pursuant to Section 943.25, Florida Statutes, seized funds and other fines, pursuant to Chapter 932, Florida Statutes, fines collected for crime prevention on court cases for crimes within Bushnell, paid by the Clerk of the Court of Sumter County directly to the municipality, shall be timely transferred and paid by the municipality to the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners for deposit into an appropriate and applicable fund. Sumter County Board of County Commissioners will then, upon request, make these funds available to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office for expenditure and use consistent with statutory requirements and this Agreement.
FINES AND FORFEITURES. City shall be entitled to the total fines and forfeitures to which City would otherwise be entitled pursuant to subparagraph (d) of paragraph (1) of Section 1463 of the Penal Code upon conviction or upon the forfeiture of bail following arrests made by the Sheriff or a Deputy Sheriff of the County for the commission of a misdemeanor within the territorial limits of City.
FINES AND FORFEITURES. 13.1 City shall be entitled to the fines and forfeitures to which City would otherwise be entitled pursuant to Penal Code Section 1463.001, et seq. 13.2 As legally permitted and in compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations, City shall remain entitled to the following revenue during the duration of this agreement: Abandoned Vehicle Recovery, First Chance Fee, SB 90 reimbursements, Drunk Driving Cost Recovery, Vehicle Release Fee, Accident Reports Fee, Crime Reports, Good Conduct Letter, Incident Photos, and Repo Vehicle Info Entering Fee. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, City shall remain responsible for the billing and collection of these fees. Information obtained by County that is required by City to complete the billing, will be forwarded upon the request of City. Any fees collected by the County on City’s behalf will be collected in accordance with County’s fee schedule and shall be credited to the City on a quarterly basis. 13.3 POST reimbursements. City shall be credited for all POST reimbursements received by County for backfill of City’s assigned deputies. All other POST reimbursements to remain revenue of County. 13.4 Any costs currently charged to the San Xxxxxx Police Department, directly or indirectly, by third party providers other than the Sheriff’s Office, the City reserves the right to either recover directly, or with the County’s agreement, have those costs recovered by the County and credited against the Agreement for Law Enforcement Services with County.

FINES AND FORFEITURES. 3.1 All fines and forfeitures collected by the Washington County Justice Court in relation to matters filed by Town in such court shall be remitted as follows: (1) 50% to the Town Treasurer and (2) 50% to the County Treasurer. 3.2 All sums due to Town shall be remitted to the Town Treasurer on a monthly basis by the County Treasurer. 3.3 The security surcharge established by Utah Code Annotated § 78A-7-122 shall not be pooled with the fines and forfeitures and shall be distributed according to state law and utilized for court security purposes.

FINES AND FORFEITURES a. Law Enforcement Education Funds. All law enforcement education funds levied and collected by the Clerk of the Court for Citrus County, Florida and designated for use by Crystal River pursuant to F.S. 943.25, Florida Statutes, shall be assigned by Crystal River to Sheriff for payment directly from the Clerk of the Court for Citrus County, Florida to Sheriff. Crystal River hereby authorizes, empowers and assigns Sheriff to take such actions on behalf of Crystal River to obtain such funds directly from the Clerk of the Court for Citrus County, Florida. Sheriff shall use these funds for the law enforcement education purposes authorized in said statute within or for the benefit of Crystal River. The Sheriff will request from the Clerk of Courts a report to provide to the the City Manager on a quarterly basis of the collections from this fund as they relate to Crystal River specifically.

Sumter County BOCC will then, upon request, make these funds available to the Sheriff for expenditure and use consistent with statutory requirements and this Agreement.
