Responsibilities of CLEC. 10.14.1 CLEC shall be responsible for providing to its Customers and to CBT a telephone number or numbers that CLEC's Customers can use to contact CLEC in the event of service or repair requests. If CLEC's Customers contact CBT with regard to such requests, CBT shall inform such Customers that they should call CLEC and will provide CLEC's contact number to such Customers.
