Common use of Responsibilities of CLEC Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of CLEC. 10.15.1 CLEC shall be responsible for providing to its Customers and to SBC-AMERITECH a telephone number or numbers that CLEC’s Customers can use to contact CLEC in the event of service or repair requests. If CLEC’s Customers contact SBC- AMERITECH with regard to such requests, SBC-AMERITECH shall inform such Customers that they should call CLEC and will provide CLEC’s contact numbers to such Customers. At CLEC’s request, SBC-AMERITECH shall provide a “warm” transfer to CLEC of calls it receives from CLEC’s Customers for service or repair requests at the rates set forth on the Pricing Schedule.
