RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES. Section A. Each of the parties of this Agreement thereby acknowledges the rights and responsibilities of the other party and agrees to discharge its responsibilities under this Agreement. Section B. The Employer, including its managerial, supervisory and representatives at all levels, is firmly bound to observe the conditions of this Agreement. Section C. The Union, including its officers and representatives and all employees, are firmly bound to observe the conditions of this Agreement. Section D. In addition to the responsibilities that may be provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the following shall be observed: 1. The applicable procedures of this Agreement will be followed for the settlement of all Grievances. All grievances shall be considered carefully and processed promptly in accordance with such procedures. 2. There shall be no interference with the rights of employees to become or continue as members of the Union.
