Responsibilities of the Company. The Company shall: 9.2.1 promptly notify the Trustee of any material change to Applicable Laws which may affect the Trustee's administration of the PRT and are related to either Reclamation Obligations or the distribution of Property from the PRT in that regard; and 9.2.2 promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the tax relationships contemplated in subparagraphs (b)(ii) and (iii) of the definition of "prohibited investment" in section 211.6 of the Tax Act, including without limitation: (a) persons with whom it is related, as defined in the Tax Act; (b) partnerships with whom it is affiliated, as defined in the Tax Act; and (c) persons or partnerships in which it holds a significant interest, as defined in the Tax Act.
