Member Access. The Member and the Member’s authorized representative will have reasonable access to and may inspect and copy all books, records and other materials pertaining to the Company or its activities.

The exercise of such rights will be at the requesting Member’s expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the inspection must occur at the Company’s principal place of business and may only be conducted following Ten (10) business days’ prior written notice to the Company.
Member Access. A Member and the Member’s authorized representative shall have the right, upon reasonable demand for any purpose reasonably related to the Member’s Membership Interest as a member of the Company or Series (as reasonably determined by the Manager) to such information pertaining to the Company as a whole and to each Series in which such Member has Membership Interests, as provided in the Act; provided, that prior to such Member having the ability to access such information, the Manager shall be permitted to require such Member to enter into a confidentiality agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Manager. For the avoidance of doubt, a Member shall only have access to the information (including any Series Offering) referenced with respect to any Series in which such Member is a Member for that Series’ Membership Interests and not to any Series in which such Member does not have an interest, so long as it does not violate another Member’s right to privacy or confidentiality. The exercise of such rights will be at the requesting Member’s expense.
Member Access. Company will use its best efforts to contract with sufficient physicians and other health care providers to allow Members access to medical services to the extent required by applicable law and regulations of governmental agencies relating to the business of health care and any other business in which Company is engaged relating to this Agreement.

Netcentives shall, at its sole discretion, give -------------- TWA the opportunity to be included in e-mails to the ClickRewards Member base in order to make offers and invitations to such ClickRewards Members, provided that such access does not violate the ClickRewards Privacy Policy (currently located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), nor any applicable rules and regulations. ---------------------

The exercise of such rights will be at the requesting Member’s expense, during normal business hours and upon advance notice.
Member Access. A Member may view the contents of his/her personnel file by 27 appointment during regular business hours. All inspections must be conducted in the presence of 28 the District Chief or his designee. A Member may make copies of any or all documents in 29 his/her file, but may not remove any documents from the file. The District will provide only one 30 (1) set of copies to the Member without charge per year. If the Member needs additional copies, 1 s/he will be required to pay for them per Admin SOP #32.
Member Access. A member shall show their membership card each time they enter the facility and at any other time when requested. • Where a member loses their card or wristband, it is the responsibility of that member to advise the appropriate staff member immediately. A replacement card or wristband will be charged at the current fee. • A member shall possess no greater right to class access than a casually paying person. A first come rule applies to all classes where the numbers exceed the maximum level. • A valid class pass must be presented to the instructor prior to taking part in all group fitness classes. No pass = No entry.
Member Access. A. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to conduct official Association business on school property at reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with scheduled meetings or assigned duties of administrators.
B. If the Board conducts a new staff orientation program or meeting, the Association shall be provided at least 30 minutes on the agenda to discuss Association business. Additionally, the Association shall have the right to set up a display table, distribute materials, and engage in organizational activities which are non-disruptive of the orientation program. No other competing organization shall be extended this right.
C. The Board shall notify the Association in writing of all new hires within ten (10) calendar days of hire or the first pay period of the month following the hiring of such employee, whichever is earlier.
