Responsibilities of the Executive Team. Subject to the Reserved Matters and the Board Authority Matters, the Board may delegate to the Executive Team the power to manage and administer the day-to-day activities of the Group in accordance with the Strategic Plan, the Annual Contract, the Articles and this Agreement under the overall direction and supervision of the Board.
