Responsibilities of the Renter. o All decorations have been removed. o Floors have been swept (do not need to mop). o Ensure washrooms are tidy. o Serving kitchen (downstairs) has been cleaned, dishes put away. o Dishwasher has been drained & strainer has been cleaned out. o Downstairs fridge has been cleaned out, unplugged, and door left open. o Upstairs bar is clean. o Upstairs fridge and freezer have been cleaned out, unplugged, and doors left open. o Food has been removed from premises. o Upstairs banquet chairs are stacked in groups of 4, against the west wall, with the seat of the chair facing the wall. o Basement plastic chairs are stacked against the wall. o Tables have been washed and stacked and put away as originally found. o All recyclables are bagged and placed in the recycle bin located outside (downstairs) & across the alley. o All garbage is bagged and placed in garbage bins located outside (downstairs) & across the alley. o The sound system is turned off, audio equipment returned to cupboard. o Garbage on the grounds around the hall has been cleaned up, including cigarette butts. o Lights are turned off. o All entry/exit doors have been closed and locked. o The key is returned to the municipal office. o Turn OFF the Air Conditioner.
